Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms govern all sales made on bassmaboutique.com.
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on bassmaboutique.com. They set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by Bassma.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms by the customer.
Article 2 — Seller identity
The website bassmaboutique.com is operated by Zahraa Events & Déco SARLAU, a single-member limited liability company with a share capital of MAD 100,000, trading under the “Bassma” brand.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered for sale are the cosmetics presented on the website, subject to available stock. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance and do not bind the seller in the event of an error or minor difference.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Orders
The customer selects the products, confirms the cart, enters their delivery details and proceeds to payment. The sale is final once the order is confirmed and payment is received.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment or product unavailability.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card through the secure payment platform Chaabi Payment (M2T — payment institution of Groupe BCP).
Transactions are secured by the 3-D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode). The customer's card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are neither collected nor stored by the seller.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Preparation and delivery times, as well as applicable fees, are specified at checkout and on the Shipping page.
Delivery times are indicative; a delay may not give rise to cancellation or compensation unless otherwise required by law.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.
Products must be returned new, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Article 9 — Returns and refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal or a defective product, the refund is issued within a reasonable time after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
Article 10 — Warranties
Products benefit from the applicable statutory warranties. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer is invited to contact the seller at contact@bassmaboutique.com.
Article 11 — Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary to process orders and manage the customer relationship. It is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to contact@bassmaboutique.com.
Article 12 — Intellectual property
All elements of the website (text, visuals, logo, “Bassma” brand) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Zahraa Events & Déco LTD. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
Article 13 — Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products. In the event of an allergy or reaction, the customer must stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.
Article 14 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's registered office. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
