Our products & ingredients
Yes. Our care is formulated from naturally sourced ingredients harvested in Morocco (argan oil, ghassoul clay, rose water, olive oil…), free from parabens and silicones. Every product favours purity and respect for the skin.
Yes. Our products are tested and certified to Moroccan standards: BIO MAROC (organic cosmetics), ONSSA (National Food Safety Office) and BPF Cosmétique / IMANOR (Good Manufacturing Practices).
No. Our care is not tested on animals. We favour respectful formulas based on plant and mineral ingredients.
Most of our products (rose cream, ghassoul mask) are suitable for sensitive skin. As with any cosmetic, we recommend a patch test on the inner elbow 24 h before first use.
All our products are made in Morocco, handcrafted in small batches following traditional know-how.
Use & storage
Keep your care away from light, heat and humidity, in a cool, dry place. Close the container well after each use.
The period after opening (the open-jar “PAO” symbol on the packaging) is shown on each product, generally between 6 and 12 months. Our oils and clays keep well when stored dry.
Yes, our pure argan oil is multi-use: face, body and hair. A few drops are enough; it absorbs quickly with no greasy film.
1 to 2 times a week. Mix a spoonful of the mask with a little warm water, apply for 10 minutes, then rinse.
Stop use, rinse with clean water and, if discomfort persists, consult a healthcare professional. Always do a patch test before first use.

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure Chaabi Payment platform (M2T — Groupe BCP).
Yes. Transactions are processed by Chaabi Payment (M2T — Groupe BCP) using the 3-D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode). We never have access to your card details.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Morocco, with care and protective packaging.
Your orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Then allow around 5 to 10 business days depending on your destination country.
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days to return an unopened product. Contact us at contact@bassmaboutique.com and we'll guide you through it.
